Bernard Guth y Peter Lodes, trabajaron en algunos de los mejores restaurantes en el mundo como (Tantris, Aubergine en Munich, Gualtiero Marchesi en Milan, Bouley en Nueva York) en 1997, Trio fue creado con energía y pasión por el arte culinario.

Elegante y casual, este restaurante cosmopolita, se localiza en el centro de Puerto Vallarta. Cuenta con una terraza con bar al aire libre, el bar tallado en caoba, así como vitrales y lámparas estilo Tiffany reflejan un estilo europeo sureño. El segundo piso, es utilizado frecuentemente para exposiciones y fiestas privadas. El restaurante tiene una atmósfera cálida y agradable que parece invitar a la gente a disfrutar de la buena comida y de una buena conversación.

Bernard Guth and Peter Lodes, the chef owners, worked at famous three star Michelin restaurants: Tantris and Aubergine in Munich, Gualitiero Marchesi in Milan and Bouley in New York. In 1997 they opened TRIO from experience, energy and passion for the culinary arts.

An open courtyard with sandstone fountain, colorful artwork, hand carved mahogany bar and tiffany style windows shows a sophisticated European look.
The second floor is used for private parties and art showings!
