LOS ARCOS: Un hermoso parque nacional que ofrece una gran variedad de especies marinas. El agua es tranquila y el arrecife es bajo. Es ideal para snorkelear, ya que la zona esta llena de vida. Es un lugar ideal para buzos de todos niveles. Los Arcos se asemeja a un enorme acuario submarino dentro de un escenario de colorido tropical.

DIA ECOLOGICO EN MAJAHUITAS: Aguas claras, tranquilas, le permiten pasar un gran día snorkeleando y buceando. Existe un acceso fácil que contiene una enorme cantidad de especies tropicales. Para quienes prefieren otra opción les ofrecemos un recorrido a playas privadas de arena blanca. Como parte de nuestro programa, nuestro personal le ofrecerá una caminata de una hora a través de la jungla tropical hacia una hermosa cascada, la cual le brinda una gran oportunidad de observar aves en su ambiente natural. Majahuitas verdaderamente es la mezcla perfecta de mar y sol para todos. Hasta la comida es especial. Le ofrecemos pescado fresco en las brazas, quesadillas, frijoles, arroz y la bebida fría que usted prefiera.

ISLAS MARIETAS: Es el lugar ideal para buzos de todos los niveles. Los extensos arrecifes de las islas cuentan con vastas formaciones de corales y túneles bien definidos. Hay una impresionante cantidad de especies grandes y pequeñas alrededor de las islas durante todo el año. La profundidad para bucear depende básicamente del grado de experiencia del buzo.
Un atractivo más de estas islas es que son un santuario de aves. Venga a observar la gran variedad de aves que habitan en este lugar.

EL MORRO: Lo mejor de lo mejor, al norte de la bahía, para buzos con experiencia. El Morro le brinda una maravillosa oportunidad de ver especies grandes, mientras flota sobre un colorido arrecife que forma túneles y cuevas submarinas. Enormes manta rayas del Pacífico, pez vela y atún, durante todo el año. Durante el invierno, es el hogar de las ballenas, tiburones de arrecife y delfines.

Excursions for divers and snorkelers

LOS ARCOS: A lovely national park that offers an absolute abundance of small, tropical, people friendly reef life. The water is calm, and the reef is shallow. It is wonderful for snorkeling, as the area is full of life, yet it is a great dive for divers of all levels. Los Arcos is similar to a huge underwater aquarium teeming with tropical colors.

MAJAHUITA ECO-DAY: Clear, calm, protected waters in the coves of Majahuita offer a great day of snorkeling and diving for water lovers of all levels. For snorkelers and divers there is easy access to colorful, shallow reef systems which contain an enormous amount of tropical life. For those whom prefer to stay dry we provide access to deserted, secluded, white sand beaches during the entire day. As part of our Eco-day program our professional staff leads an hour long hike through the tropical jungles to a lovely waterfall, which offers a terrific opportunity to spot rarely seen birds in their natural setting. Majahuita truly is the perfect mix of sea and sun for everybody. Even the lunch is special. We provide grilled fresh fish, quesadillas, beans, rice, and the cold beverage of your choice.

MARIETAS ISLANDS: The perfect place for certified divers of all levels. The extensive reef structures of the islands offer vast coral formations and well-defined tunnels. There is an impressive quantity of small and large life around the islands regardless of the time of year in which you make your visit. Dive depths at the islands vary drastically depending on experience level. An added extra to the islands is that they are a bird sanctuary. Come to spot the rarely seen blue and yellow footed boobies that make the islands their home.

Excursions solely for
experienced divers

EL MORRO: This is the best of the best on the north side of the bay for experienced divers. El Morro offers a wonderful opportunity to spot big life while floating over a colorful reef that forms various underwater tunnels and caves. Huge pacific manta rays, sailfish, tuna, and large schools of jacks are common visitors throughout the year. Schools of whales, reef sharks, and dolphins make El Morro their winter home.

CHIMO: This is the best dive on the south side of the bay. The reef is almost supernatural as colors and formations of coral seen here are unlike anywhere else in the bay. Column-like coral structures rise from the ocean floor as big schools of big creatures circle the area. A very unique reef dive for those who have experience.

NIGHTDIVE (LOS ARCOS): A wonderful opportunity for certified divers to observe the variety of nightlife that comes out only when the sun goes down. This shallow, one tank dive over our moonlit national park is the perfect option for those who want a memorable dive in Puerto Vallarta.

PADI OPEN WATER CERTIFICATION
Our professionally done PADI Certification is a simple three day process that provides legal right and the necessary knowledge to dive anywhere in the world.

DAY 1 - 2pm - 6pm ( Video session at Chico's Dive Shop and pool dive )
DAY 2 - 9am - 3pm ( Open water dive Los Arcos and last video session )
DAY 3 - 9am - 3pm ( Open water dive Los Arcos and final exam )

You will drive your own dune buggie as you follow our professional guide into the tropical jungles, flowing rivers, and exotic surrounding cities that make up the outskirts of Puerto Vallarta. If a fast-paced, adrenaline - filled day is what you are looking for then the Pathfinders are a no miss. Visit the Pathfinders for the most exciting three hours of your vacation.

PRIVATE BOAT RENTALS: Chico's Dive Shop has an impressive collection of boats that are available for private rental. The private rental days will be determined by the desires of your clients. Simply put, Chico's Dive Shop will arrange any type of day that your clients may like. Costs for all private boat rentals will be determined by the size of the group ,their interests, and the season.
